MONDAY - STRENGTH 

Build a solid foundation by progressively overloading the three core lifts: Push Press, Deadlift and Back Squat. Our structured rep cycles allow you track progress, improve technique and become stronger over time. 



WEDNESDAY - METCON

Our metabolic conditioning sessions are designed to improve both your aerobic and anaerobic fitness, helping you build work capacity, increase endurance and push your training threshold.



FRIDAY - HYROX

Train using HYROX specific movements and workout formats to improve your race day performance. Every fourth Friday, we run a full HYROX Simulation, giving members the opportunity to test their fitness in a competitive environment. 


 

SATURDAY - TEAM TRAINING

Finish the week with our team based sessions. These workouts create a fun, competitive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, accountability and a game-day feel, bringing together members from across the week’s classes.
