Our Programming

Every session at AWT follows a structured training plan designed to deliver long term progress. Our weekly timetable includes strength development, functional conditioning, HYROX specific training and team workouts with 6 week external training blocks added to your timetable. Regular testing to track your improvement and keep your training purposeful.
